Our Offices are Closed, but Our Service Continues

As announced earlier today by the CEO of RKL LLP, all RKL offices located in Pennsylvania will be closed effective today, March 17, to outside visitors and team members will be working remotely. This closure will run through Monday, March 30, in accordance with Governor Wolf’s statewide closure of certain businesses. We’ll adjust that timeframe as needed based on the continued evolution of events on the ground and the directives of government officials and public health leaders.
Rest assured that the RKL Wealth Management team is able to work, and will continue to work amidst this unprecedented time, resulting from the coronavirus pandemic. We are staying abreast of the state of the world’s economies and will continue to communicate how this ongoing crisis relates to managing your portfolios and your individual situations. Lastly, we want you to know what you can expect in terms of service. We are here for you, and this is the time to be leaning on us, now more than ever.
At RKL Wealth Management, we have a documented disaster recovery and business continuity plan that undergoes annual review and testing. This includes testing our systems and policies to support remote working employees, when necessary. Our advisors will continue to be proactive in their communications with you regarding your individual situations, your questions and your concerns. This applies whether they are in the office, or working from home. Our technology allows us to hold client meetings remotely by phone or video.
Please reach out to your RKL Wealth Management advisor with any questions. Phones in our offices will be answered remotely and voicemails will be returned as promptly as possible. Look for us to continue to bring you the information and recommendations that you need to successfully navigate these uncertain times.
Thank you and take care,
Laurie Peer, President
